Ricki's Kitchen Cooking Classes

At Ricki's Kitchen Cooking CLasses, our hands-on classes combine principles of holistic nutrition with foolproof, easy recipes for delicious dishes that are good for you, too! Classes take place in the Greater Toronto Area and are all taught by cook and Natural Nutritionist Ricki Heller. Recipes are primarily vega, wheat and sugar-free, and include whole, natural, and organize ingredients.
