Why does this company restrict flyer send-out to a rotation basis in Winnipeg? We used to get it with our newspaper subscription then it stopped. When I followed up, the store was of no help whatsoever; newspaper said our postal code was not on the send-out list so they couldn't send it; corporate office said they rotated the send-out. I consider this to be ridiculous customer service!!! If you want the customers, do everything possible to ensure satisfaction and ease of shopping at your business. What if my computer is down for some reason and I couldn't access coupons via that route? I was very disappointed when I realized this policy.

Understaffed, waited almost 45 mins in line for a cashier, while they have 3 or 4 people on the floor as "pricecheckers"? Ridiculous! When they scanned in my items, half of the prices were not what I expected because they were "misplaced" on the racks! Unexceptable, and huge disappointment today!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and despite being extremely busy, took the time to show me where to find my products.

Excellent service from their new employees.
