While a home inspection is not a prediction of future conditions, and cannot reveal every concern that exists (or ever could exist), it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision. For instance, infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows us to show clients things about their homes or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional home inspection methods. Thermal Imaging is utilized in every inspection and is included in the base price of all home inspections we provide.
