I can't say I'm surprised. Another service that is terrible in sudbury? Why wouldn't it be? Every time a package gets here on a Thursday night? Don't be fooled by the message it is expected to be delivered the next day. This is the 4th one in a row. Then ok the Monday get ready for "delivery is on the truck" followed by "Oops package is delayed due to a missed delivery". Missed where?? I have a security camera that tells me when someone is on my porch (it's sudbury, you have have this in this skeezehole). I've lived coast to coast and man, did you know purolator is friendly, quick, and efficient elsewhere?

DELIVER the package you were paid to deliver. Making false claims as to why you didn't deliver something, WHILE I STOOD ON MY DECK ...WATCHING...is completely unacceptable.
Someone needs to be unemployed and quickly. Will NOT be permitting this driver OR purolator on my property again

Purolator, here in Elliot Lake, is very hit and miss. There seems to be only one driver who delivers packages in a timely manner and loudly knocks on your door. Other Purolator drivers, just leave your package and run away without a door knock. Then, there's the outside agents that Purolator in Sudbury uses. Recently, one agent was leaving packages in the front foyer of our apartment building's lobby without even buzzing the tenants that he left their packages there. I had one package go AWOL because of this unprofessionalism. I almost had another do the same if one of my neighbours hadn't spotted it and brought it up to me. According to the Purolator app, some drivers will say they gave it to the person when all they did was leave it at the door. Recently, another agent driver said he attempted delivery - receiver not available. I was home all day. The driver neither buzzed my apartment nor knocked on my door. I saw him driving down Warsaw Place at the time he claimed to deliver my package. Just too damn lazy to even bother to deliver my package in a timely manner and lied about trying to deliver it. A day later it still wasn't delivered. Bondable delivery people!; in a pig's eye!

Rating of -1000 unbelievable. Soft knock at door. I open it and driver is back on the truck. I try to get his attention but he just drives off. Ok why isn't there a note on my door saying sorry we missed you. Oh update tracker and apparent a Robert took my package at the front door. There is no Robert here. So who has my bloody package????
Now I'm hold trying to talk to a live person because I need this package. I will never use Purolator and next time a company is going to use them I will buy from someone else entirely. This is ridiculous.

Why isn’t there a 0? I have never received any package on time, if at all when shipped through Purolator in Sudbury. It was out for delivery, then there’s no estimated delivery date. The only consistent service from this company is poor service.

I would like to know what the delivery radius is for Sudbury. I see the Purolator truck in my neighbourhood all the time but somehow my home is not within the delivery area. Why do you not inform the shippers that you do not deliver to my address? Why do you inform the shipper that I was not home for delivery when I do not pick up at the depot? This is fraudulent to say the least. I gave 1 star because the lady who works at the counter where you pick your packages is a saint to put up with all the complaints. This photo was taken a few minutes from my home about 1 month ago.

My parcel arrived in Sudbury on November 24th. It is still sitting at the Sudbury location, 6 days later. Went to their location on Kelly Lake Road, where we were told it is way in the back and impossible to find! Still waiting!

Absolute worst delivery service there is. My delivery was on the truck out for delivery, and when they decided they didn't want to do it, they put incorrect address for the following week, even though it was verified by them that the correct address was on file... When I went to go pick up my order they would NOT let me even with government photo ID that matched my address. They said the shipper needed to authorize pick up, even though the shipper said otherwise.

Avoid at all costs!!! When I first saw Purolator was the one delivering my order I was worried. Rightfully so.

The driver didn't knock on the door and left a notice that he missed us.My inside door was open and my car was in the driveway,not to mention my dog didn't even bark.I looked out and he was driving away. NOT IMPRESSED

Worst "delivery company" in Sudbury. "you want lazy and useless?" That should be on their trucks here. I have little faith when I know it's coming Purolator. It sucks to avoid buying things knowing it's coming through Pulolator, and it's been poor for many, many years. I'm surprised they haven't fired everybody here, take a hit for a few months, fire everybody and start from the ground up. Useless. It's one thing to act stupid, just because you dont want to deliver a package, maybe the shipping company did the street name, apartment and unit number without spaces, as 1 word, and I was a delivery driver at another place, I know that technically, if you're lazy, you can say "wrong address" even though you know exactly where its going, nobody is that stupid, but you better at least call and leave a message. This is typical over the past 7-10 years with Purolator. Id say fire everybody. It's so bad its not even believable, and it is not getting any better. It's unreal how bad the Sudbury Kelly Lk branch is.

I waited for my parcel for 10 hours as it needed signature. no star for my point of view will never use them again.I also wasted at least 30 minutes on the phone listening to their services and product no body answered and i hung up as i was not prepared to waist more of my time.

You would think that someone from Purolator head office would read all the reviews and do something about the Sudbury depot . Once again I order and it was ship Purolator instead of postal. Now I have to seek out a refund and reorder from someone that will ship postal.

I am within city limits yet Purolator doesn't deliver to my location even though I pay for delivery ... they make me travel to their facility to pick up what should have been delivered to me. Not much different than CanPost who do the same to me. The ONLY delivery service that actually delivers is FedEx ... you make the choice!

Why is Purolator closed on Saturday? Kelly Lake is out of the way for most of us and hard to get to during the week. Now what? Even the post offices in the pharmacies are open on Saturdays. I would say a "no star" rating but have to choose.

I have a business in Elk Lake and I prefer Purolator & Canada Post. Both do an excellent job. Purolator being a bit more pricey. Many of my shipments coincide with my business scheduling, so delivery times are critical and the cost of rescheduling and disruptions cost much more than the delivery service. I have found were things fall off the rails is when shipments get handed off to Muskoka Delivery. Their track record with me is so terrible I won't mention the failure rate as it is unbelievable. I am not talking a day or two, it is more often lost, a week or so late or damaged. I have dropped carriers that have a possibility of handing off my shipments to them and when setting up something new I will ask if Muskoka will be part of the delivery. If I get told yes, I ask for another method and if they can't, the deal is off. I just simply can not afford the cost and time wasted attempting to track lost shipments.
I see you can't post a review without giving a star rating. Unfortunate.

Ordered a package as a birthday gift and paid extra for 1 day delivery. Told my package would be delivered on Jan 19th. Never showed up!!!!!!!!! Not impressed, I will be leary of ordering something that comes via UPS/Sudbury., Extremely poor service.

they lost my packages, delivered way past the designated arrival day, and its been on EVERY occasion i use purolator, when i upgrade phones, this is the shipping company of choice so i cant really avoid it but for the rest of you, you are warned!!

Sudbury needs a delivery Company that will deliver parcels. It's outrageous that I have been trying to track down a parcel sent to me 3 weeks ago. Tracking says they have contacted me and they have NOT. Calling Ups doesn't help, they don't know anything. They can't tell me which company my parcel is with so I can go pick it up myself. There is no UPS in Sudbury! It is farmed out to Muskoka or Purolator BUT they won't tell you that when you call! They don't leave a card on your door if you're not home. They apparently try to deliver 3 times and then send you a notice by Canada Post. So now I have to wait for my "card" to figure out who to call to track down my parcel that I should have received 3 weeks ago!! I will never order anything again that is being shipped UPS as it is non-existent in Sudbury!!

It isn't just the Kelly lake road location? But purorator as a whole. Yet again purolator has failed to follow basic instructions. Hold for pick up does not mean put it on the truck. I had them change my home address to the address on Kelly lake road so that I can pick up my package (which is already 2 days late). I arrived today to get my package and lo and behold.... it's on the truck for delivery. The guy at the counter was kind enough to take my number to call me and let me know where the driver was so that I can either meet him or know when to expect them... That was 2 hours ago. Second day I have to reschedule the completion of a job. Makes me look like an idiot.

Had this been a first occurrence then I'd be fine with it but this is the first time this week. Second this month. Hell, I should just start writing down the times I have not had any issues with purolator.

What do I pay for a delivery and they won't deliver, ten minutes off the hwy is too far? I pay for deliverY and I got to drive to the nearest depot on kelly lake road to pick the pArt I needed delivered up

Avoid at all costs if you can!!! UPS deliveries used to be so much smoother when Muskoka Delivery Service running the show. Now I shudder any time I have to ship anything out knowing Purolator is handing things. Notices stuck to the door, without an actual attempt being made at contact the customer, non existent phone service, guaranteed delivery rates, without the guaranteed delivery service.

Trying to send something out with them is an even worse experience. When you do get to their Kelly Lake Road office, you're usually greeted with a line up of half a dozen equally frustrated customers, while their VERY RUDE 20-something female customer service representative (Yes, you with the long brown hair and glasses and don't give a damn attitude) trots along with all of the vigour and care of an alzheimers patent and proceeds to give you attitude when asked a question....most of which are answered with "I don't know, call our 800-number"

Avoid at all costs if you can. I've had much better luck sending and receiving stuff through Canada Post (even though Purolator is now owned by them) than I ever have with this outfit.

I try to avoid having anything shipped to me via Purolator...since I have to drive 40 minutes to pick anything up....probably because its now owned by those cost cutting jerks: Canada Post who don't give a crap about customer service....just about $$$
