While some Purolator staff behaviour would not be described as pleasant, Mary's friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge blew me away this week. Over the phone, she explained all the options available to me with my package delivery, and greeted me with a smile when I arrived at the depot. I am writing this review because I wanted to express my gratitude for Mary's excellent customer service as she made me feel valued as a customer. Keep up the good work, Mary. You're a superstar!

First they lost track of my package.Then the staff (two females) on the phone is very rude. I cant even get their names before they transferred me to another department. I will NEVER consider using this company again.

rude tone of voice.. its like they are calling to make a fight with you ... the call was simply about a delivery, i told them we are available on Wednesday and Thursday anytime only to have her almost yell at me with an extremely annoyed tone telling me that they cant work around my schedule.... jesh, i thought 'arranging a date' meant both parties have to agree on a date, guess not with purolator
very unpleasant experience. extremely rude attitude. never want to speak to these people again.

Missed a delivery, so I called in since I recently moved and my new ID hadn't come in the mail. The girl on the phone was quick and understanding, and I was able to get my five packages later that day. Both girls working when I went in were very nice despite having to deal with my giant packages. Great service!

The customer service was amazing. The 2 girls working there were very friendly and efficient. There was a fairly big line up and most people were impatient and the girl who handled my package was very polite! Would ship Purolator again :)

When I called requesting a redelivery the staff talked in very impatient tone. I read "000" as 3 zeros for tracking number she missunderstood as "30" and complained with extreme rude attitude. I'd rather pay more than go back purolator again. Very unpleasant experience.

First my package was late. Then, when questioned, I was told that the driver drove it to my house and couldn't figure out which apartment I live in. Its a two story apartment. My address clearly states APT. 2. As if the laziness of the driver wasn't bad enough, I then had to wait 4 hours the next day for the package to be RE-DELIVERED from their warehouse to the retail location. In the end I wound up taking a bus and picking up my package myself. Terrible service all around - almost everyone I spoke to on the phone was rude (with one pleasant exception).
