Cardinal Couriers

Two stars because they have been successful in the past and they haven't actually lost the package. or so I'm told. Though, it will arrive 3 days past the intended and arranged time.

Package marked for Saturday delivery in order to keep a production line running will arrive on Tues because the waybill was lost and the persons at dispatch were ineffective and confused during several calls to try to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
I'm looking forward to explaining to my superiors why the line is down.
