Twice now we have been told that a package we were to receive is undeliverable because the receiver is inaccessible. This is simply not true as both Fedex and UPS have delivered to the houses next door. We have construction on the main drive to our neighborhood but there are clearly marked detour routes in place. Today again we waited at home and no truck showed up (I have video camera's as well) and we received an email declaring it inaccessible.
Clearly the driver doesn't want to come via the detour route because of a time issue. To me the driver is lying and negligent. We will not use Purolator for anything as this has happened before. We will inform Amazon of the problem and ask they no longer use them as they are not trustworthy. I will also discourage others from using them as well.

I don't enjoy complaining because I appreciate it's not an easy job. However, I do feel the need to stand up for myself. I live in an apartment and had a chair being delivered. The delivery lady, who obviously has a dolly, refused to bring it up for me saying it was due to Covid. No, it was her choice. Everyday I have a delivery and it is delivered to my door. I would happily go down and grab a package from the lobby when I can carry it, but today it was a chair in an enormous box and I am a petite woman! She left it in the lobby and skedaddled. I am annoyed. Quit using Covid as an excuse when it's not the reason. Every other delivery person has taken the elevator and come to my door except you. You know you could have gone the extra step for me, especially when I needed you to in this case.

I am calling from US and trying to call this business over two and 16 minutes the phone #250-712-7630 PUROLATOR Courier . the phone will rang but no one picks up. Either the business is a fake place or the staff are lazy to pick up the phone. What kind of service /business is when there is no customer service. who is in charge of this business? if you can not provide a proper service then you and can not accommodate your customers then you need to close the business. We the customer trust you because we think this is a reliable business. Even in the 3rd word country after 2 call I would be connected to someone live. How can we trust this business if you can not give us simple accommodation (answering our PHONE CALL ) .Does this place have manager or supervisor or is there anyone who is overseeing this business or it is a fake business? I would like someone to clarify this please!!!!

Unfortunately we sometimes have no choice but to receive shipments from Purolator. Packages never arrive on time, or they are just too lazy to deliver them to my business and instead call me to come and pick the
package up at their warehouse, and not even attempt to deliver to my business.

Staff are ALWAYS rude, never smiling, never say hello when I greet them. Extremely unprofessional customer service.

My latest shipment I was SUPPOSED to receive, got returned to the sender because they never delivered it to my business, so it sat in their warehouse for a while and they just sent it back. Now I have to wait for another one to be shipped out AGAIN.

If Purolator staff cared about their job this would not happen.

I've never seen such poor ratings of a business ANYWHERE.

I only indicated one star because I had to, I would rather indicate minus 5 stars quite honestly.

Ladies in local Kelowna facility are nasty and miserable.
The lady I dealt with couldn't even smile. I so wanted to respond and tell her that it didn't look like she liked her job much. Maybe if she hates her job that much she shouldn't be in a customer service industry.
I can't imagine Purolator allowing such unpleasant people to represent their company. They had the phone off the hook when I was in there and it wasn't busy at all? They just appear to be people who are miserable and looking for jobs where they don't really have to work.
Oh and in the end, I requested 9 a.m delivery the next day. It is now 5 hours past that, I have put in traces, no one returns your call or your emails. I suggest if you want a real carrier, you deal with Federal Express.
Their staff enjoy their jobs and you can tell because they are really pleasant to deal with and I have never once had a problem with my package getting there.
I know some people think more expensive, but for what I paid for a 9 a.m. delivery that never arrived, well the extra to Federal Express would have been more than worth it, for the package to have at least arrived.
I would hope that Purolator would look into the lousy staff they have in the local Kelowna facility, what a joke and bad impression left on those here wishing to courier our shipments. Again, don't waste your time with Purolator, use Federal Express or better yet Canada Post, it will probably still get there quicker.

We live on a gazetted road in Glenmore
The driver would go to the end of our road but would not come down to our house even though Sears, Big Brothers, and Share have all been down here in large trucks and did not find the road too narrow or dangerous
It is like theft as they don't tell the shipper they won't deliver to our address although we paid for it to be delivered to the house
We will never use Purolator again

Purilator has the worst service in Kelowna!!! The phones are taken off the hook in the mornings.
Freight that should take 1-2 days anywhere in the province takes 5-7 days here.
If you live in the mission they won't send out your package on the day it's supposed to arrive.
Then when you call the customer service # you are put on hold till the call ends
This is a terrible company I will never use them again....

I hate Purolator. They don't answer phone. I'm waiting for package to arrive. Cant find out where it is. If Im not here when they get here they don't leave it (I want to tell them they can leave it). Then package goes back to their office and if Im working out of town, they ship it pack to sender without me ever being able to discuss with them. If you don't have the little paper they leave with shipping number, they are oblivious to your shipment. I will always make a point of telling my clients to ship with any other courier other than Purolator.

The phone line is always busy, for at least one full hour in my local area. Horrible 18887447123 customer service, all around quite a poor way to treat your customers if they transport my stuff anything like the way they dealt with me i am expecting a few broken items.

They are definitely not a customer service based business. I have to call twice in a row before anyone actually answers. Each time they decide they feel like answering they aren't polite. They told me they would call back and then never call. All I wanted to know was if my package would be in tonight after they missed me at my house. They just tell me that they can't guarantee anything. If they are a delivery service they should be able to guarantee delivery. If I have a choice I will never use their service again.

Outdoor Adventure Gear & Travel Outfitters uses Purolator.
Actually our suppliers use them and then we are charged the delivery cost on our supplier invoice. Our suppliers get bulk rates. I can usually count on them to deliver and the delivery driver, Eric, is courteous. Linda

I have been trying to get somebody to answer the phone at the Kelowna, 2011 Harvey, branch for 3 days now and no luck. I also cannot get through to the 1-888 help line. All I get there is a message saying "your call is important to us" but they NEVER answer it, they just keep repeating the message. I will never deal withy them again, period!!!!!!!
