Purolator

This is the second time this has happened and why I am writing this review and why I also filed a BBB complaint against this delivery carrier.

The first one was a shipment from Amazon before Christmas 2016. They claimed via their tracking system that the parcel was delivered At Door at 8:53 am on December 6th. There was no parcel delivered. I contacted their toll-free number and a trace was put on this package and also filed a complaint against this particular depot. The tracing specialist got back to me and claimed the GPS on the delivery truck showed the truck was at my residence and claimed the delivery driver went past my house and remembers being there. This is all false since no parcel was delivered. I contacted Amazon regarding this and they were made aware of what happened and given the tracing and complaint reference numbers. Amazon sent a replacement for the items in stock and the issue with Purolator was never resolved. Then about 10 days later on a Saturday, December 17th when I was upstairs the doorbell rang twice. Later when I checked the door and opened it that same parcel that they claimed was delivered on December 6th was dropped off on my step. I was supposed to have received a call from the manager at this depot and they never called. So basically they were not honest in their dealings with me.

Now this is the second time and I ordered from Fabricville down east and unfortunately, they have used Purolator as their delivery carrier. Now, this parcel is worth over 300 dollars and again they claimed via their tracking system that the parcel was delivered Friday, April 21st at 10:10 am and delivered At Reception. There is no reception here since this is a residential house. And what is different this time is that I had a video doorbell installed and it records all visits to the house including any deliveries made. There was no Purolator delivery even attempted on this date. Again I phoned their toll-free number and have put a trace on it and have filed a complaint against this depot. And again a manager from this depot is supposed to call me back. There is no excuse for claiming a delivery was made when it was not. When I purchased those items in that parcel it became my property and Purolator has not delivered what legally belongs to me. I will go further with the complaint process this time since this is the second time this has happened and also because the parcel is worth over 300 dollars.

If I would have known that Fabricville used Purolator I would have either requested a different carrier or not have made the purchase. I would not purposely purchase anything that was delivered by Purolator.

After finding out my package could not be delivered to the address I provided, I have been waiting more than 3 and 1/2 hrs for it to be available at the front desk for me to pick it up. I realize they are busy but this is ridiculos.

I spoke to puralator this morning, and they told me the package ended up going to edmonton instead of where it was suppose to go, and it was there, I needed it two days ago, so I said fine I will pick it up from there. A hour and a half drive, I get there, and they sent it out to another town!!! No apology, nothing. Horrible experience.

I ordered a USB with Dell through Purolator,and but they didnt deliever me in time, infact they didnt try to do that. Not at all responsible. Never recommend for any service in future.

I've been trying to contact them for over an hour with no success. The reason I am trying to contact them is because they don't seem to know where my $500.00 order is.
