Monarch Messenger had some product stolen out of one of their vehicles to the tune of 3500.00 which has left my customers in a lurch, we did not receive any information as to the policies and procedure of shipping with this company, I was told a manifest according to them was my responsibility, not one was I asked what the product was and if additional insurance was required, never ever deal with them, longevity in business is irrelevant with these people, they just have good lawyers, and their shipper Larry was quick to take my money
