Very satisfied with the service starting with Dan Lock who was excellent through the entire process and followed up to ensure we fully understood how the system worked including the Apt to ensure our satisfaction. Chuck was the installer who also was excellent in his job. Very careful in the home, professional and knowledgeable. Did not take him long to complete the work and leave everything clean and tidy. The whole experience was top quality from the first phone call through scheduling. The system works very well.
