I love this gym! The instructors are full of energy, encouraging and they give their all even if you're the only one there. They are very personable and knowledgeable and they actually care about you as a person, your goals, and if you show up. It doesn't matter what your current fitness level is, they'll help you find modifications if you need them and they'll encouragingly push you to push yourself. And the best part? You get to hit and kick stuff and feel awesome about yourself when you finish a class!
ILKB is amazing! The trainers are fun to work with. They come around to help me and make sure I am doing the right moves. Love this place! So glad I joined!
