I am a Diamond Member. Unfortunately, I went into this particular store on March 6th, 2023 and I purchased the GiGi Starter Wax Kit. Today, March 8th, 2023, I opened the kit to use it for the 1st time. However, when I opened it the top was cracked and the seal wasn't on the wax container. This adds up to a few issues and they are as follows:
1.) sanitary issues
2.) they're accepting returns without properly inspecting them
and then contacted the store. First, I spoke with a female employee whom I identified herself as an RSM. Second, I was transferred to a supposed General Manager. It was her lack professionalism that was a SHOCK to me and the fact that a customer is bringing this discrepancy to you and your nonchalant behavior is unacceptable. I will absolutely NOT be shopping at this store every again and I may cut ULTA off and go back to Sephora. Once enough patrons are pissed off your store will have no choice but to close, as you're definitely not untouchable.
