We have found that our patients who take advantage of medication-assisted treatment and also pursue counseling, 12-step (or non 12-step support groups) and pursue a spiritual approach to recovery are able to recover. We offer pain management, for back/neck pain, neuropathy, CPRS, RSD, arthritis, and more. Our Fayetteville rehab (in Cumberland County) is on Breezewood Avenue, near the corner of Purdue Dr, and not far from Raeford Rd. We service the entire state of North Carolina via telehealth."
