I have purchased products and services from the Oakville and Erin Mills locations many times and will continue to go back those particular locations as they are friendly and curtious. I went to square one this evening and had a very bad experience with D****n and I will never go back and I am telling anyone that will listen the story. She was rude and insensitive. I rushed to get their by 8:45 for an eye brow wax (just under the lid clean up) it was 8:47 and I was told by D****n (looking down at some paper and without even looking at me) she does not do any wax after 8:45 (even though her wax machine was not off yet, and she told me this)when I told her I was going away in the morning and if there is anyway I can get it done as it was only 2 minutes past her deadline. She again said she stops at 8:45. Her tone and body language were not called for. I then asked for the number to head office and she told me I can look it up on the internet, I then proceeded to go to the front desk where I waited patiently for the lady to finish with her customer. I heard the lady behind the counter refer to D****n (that's how I got her name) but the customer wanted a deal on a product, D****n came to the counter and said to the customer YES JUST FOR YOU, BECAUSE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! as she looked at me and taunted me, I replied to her "I don't think so, not from you" I then asked the lady (unknown name) who was the manager and what was the number to head office, as she replied I could not hear properly because D****n yelled "call 411 and get it and I am the owner and you can't do anything" I was so mad that I actually blurted out, "I can't believe what a b***h you are" I have never spoken to anyone like that and felt so upset about the situation but I have never encountered anyone so rude and never in Carol Baker Visage. I will continue to tell people about D****n. I cannot believe how she conducted herself, if in fact she is an owner, in this market customer service is truly the key and I think someone should train her properly with customer service skills.
I'm sure the store closed at 9:00 so I don't see why she couldn't offer you an eyebrow wax with in the those 15 minutes considering she she wasn't alone.. she had someone else there to look after other things. That is terrible customer service!
