Neat Maids was founded by Rafael and Alejandra Marquez in 1998 back when it was better known as "Friendly Service". Neat Maids was a quickly blooming family business, largely due to its expertise in detail cleaning, customer satisfaction and honesty. Without much need for marketing, Neat Maids quickly became too big for the young couple to handle themselves, so they hired private contractors who where experts in their field, to handle the overflowing clientele. Within time, Neat Maids expanded and now has over 6 private contractors handling jobs throughout Orange County. These private contractors are female-owned corporations that are committed to offering customers the best house cleaning experience. From requesting to delivering service, we are with you every step of the way, communicating your needs, expectations, and goals to our cleaning professionals.
