Best relationships, friendships, and partnerships are based on how one can resolve conflicts. I had a recent ongoing conflict with Make Space for additional insurance charges when I had my own insurance coverage. I just found out my contact had left and I received a " live" voice and came home to messages on my landline. One live 5 minute call sorted out matters which were on emails for months. 🙏

Second time using this facility, no cliff's here to road block you, outstanding service even on rainy days. ; )

The electronic gate was broken the entire few months we had our stuff in storage there and when we emptied our stuff, the space was full of rodent droppings.

I found out today July 27th 2024 that my storage unit was entered without my permission and theft had occurred. Whom ever did it stole all that was worth anything and it looks like an inside job. I have called the number for Makespace storage all day and no answer or a call back. I guarantee it was the new owners. Just a thought. I am in the process of contacting the news and posting this everywhere within Orillia where this happened.

New owners have destroyed what was the most friendly and previously most affordable self storage in Orillia. Prices have increased over 100%.
