Filed in feb didnt get my return until i blasted marquetta 4 months later in april after i filed she stop responding n blocked me after i started asking valid questions and for documents i already suppose to had. All associates have access to your personal info and ssi they are careless with confidental information. Do not go here unless u want to be filing foe identity theft she already on blast in the dfwscammer group. Did not get my return until i took to fb and still did not receive all my money nor paperwork not to mention they lock me out my irs account been compromised. They have no set filing fee they charge diff amounts one return said 1430 the other said 1200 they charged one person 3600 irs already on this company go to somwone who knows what they doing half this they first yr doing taxes.
