Their customer service is top-notch—on a recent trip, we mistakenly didn’t secure our lock properly, and by Monday morning, the facility reached out to notify us and ensure we could fix it quickly. Their attention to detail and proactive communication really impressed us. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage unit, this is the one!

Dirty, rusty and outdated facility with RATS!! Be aware. I rented from them a year ago and my belongings were covered in rat poop and rust after a month. Much better storage options out there, you can see from the photos the facility is not like what these reviews are describing. SmartStop down the street is both cheaper and newer.

The Access Team at 835 York Mills Road are an absolute pleasure to deal with! The facility is secure, clean, well lit and spacious. I recently used this storage facility and was generally pleased with the cleanliness and safety of the premises. The facility is well-maintained and offers a secure environment for storing your belongings. However, my overall experience was marred by an issue with the information provided by a staff member.

I was given incorrect details regarding the refund process for the rent when moving out of my unit. This misinformation led to confusion and frustration, as it did not align with the what I have been told.

While the facility itself is commendable, I hope the management will address this issue to ensure that future customers receive the correct information and have a smoother experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service, the care and attention to detail which was displayed by Sonali when I visited this outlet for a storage requirement. I had many questions and Sonali answered all of them patiently. I left there knowing that I had made the correct choice, mainly because the person I dealt with gave me that assurance.

Visited here to check a unit for a friend. I was shown around the well maintained units by the kind lady, Sonali. From the get go she was helpful , professional and was very knowledgable. We've seen a couple of other places closer to us the very same day , but her customer service stood out and we are actually considering renting here. Good Job!
