Professional and friendly staff. Clean pods. Easily accessible and central location. They are on top of things and clearly look after the storage lot. I emptied my pod and within 2 days they called me to tell me they noticed I had left and wanted to confirm if I wanted to cancel. I was impressed by that attention to detail.

Very helpful stuff help me through the steps online. Kind and friendly and professional also. Affordable.

They were very accommodating! I had to change my move out date a couple times and they were very patient . Would highly recommend and if I ever need storage again I’ll be using them! Estelle, Maggie and Drew were super helpful! Keep up the great work guys!

The storage units seems to very secure and made well. There is entrance security access when needed. The price is one on the higher side but if you need only for a few weeks you may be able to get the deal offered at the beginning. The ladies in the office were amazing and understanding (Archibald location in Wpg.)

Awesome location, they're friendly, easy going and they extended my stay without charging me extra.

I recently rented a storage unit for 5 weeks between moving between one home to another. I had a good experience overall. There was only one day I went into the office and there was a very long line up. It would have been good if there would have been more office staff available to deal with the customers. Other than that all good. No problems with the storage unit itself. I would recommend using Access Storage to anyone. Bonus which worked out fantastic for me was the offer to new customers like myself to have the first 4 weeks free.

The staff are most helpful!!! They really go out of their way showing me how to work lock , the hours, security!!!! I would absolutely recommend!! They are the best!! Lockers are clean and there is lots of room. My next storage place will be here!

Great place that helped me in the middle of a move. Fantastic service. I had left my bed and couch in a locker for a month and a half and everything was A-OK. So trust the fine folks at access. They even saved me money in the long run. Over 100 dollars saved. Give the staff at Archibald location a raise. They deserve it.

Kaylee was extremely helpful. Took me on a tour of the storage facility. Explained everything thoroughly. Answered all my questions. I even got a discount in moving supplies for being a Costco member! Thank you so much for making my move as easy as possible.
