Store in my car for one month call in advance and you can reserve your space to avoid any inconvenience and they have Great service they understand your assignments know how to place their customers I definitely recommend
Worst service ever! They had a water leak that flooded my locker and damaged my things. Called them about it, and they acknowledged it, but did nothing about it and haven’t returned my calls or contacted me. It has been well over a year. Worst part is, I have been there for over 10 years and they still treated me this way.
***new update- they sent me an email in response to my case and Indicated that someone would contact me. No one has yet to make any attempt. I left them 3 subsequent messages, and still no call return. Avoid this place at all costs. They bill you every 4 weeks, so it is not monthly and they will issue two (2) price increases a year. Scam people with extremely poor customer service!
****new update - The regional manager finally contacted me and we discussed the situation of which he was fully aware of my case and and agreed that they were at fault for not handling this much sooner. He then said that this was due to a change of management at the location of which my things were stored. We then ended the conversation with him saying that they would make restitution and he would send me an email shortly to begin the claim process.This was over three (3) weeks ago and HE NEVER SENT THE EMAIL!!! I have left repeated messages once again with no response. This company clearly does not care and refuses to make good on anything they say and just lie to you with the hope you go away.

on my moving day, i came to store my things and i was in a huge time crunch.
I get to the dock B and put in my code that Esteban wrote on a card and it said ACCESS SUSPENDED.
I had paid for the month starting december 13th and got there december 14th.
Extremely unsatisfied. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone to help me. Even when i called the emergency line. Luckily i remembered that my friend has a unit and gave me his access code.
BEWARE OF THIS. I waited 30 minutes at the door trying to figure something out while the movers who i paid an hourly rate were waiting in the cold.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.

We met Esrban, he is a nice person and professionally well informed. Guided is well throughout the process.

Never enough trolleys, even if the place is totally empty. When they are available (all two of them), the trolleys are poor quality/poor state of maintenance.
Overall the place is okay to store your stuff, though prices have crept up to the equivalent of servicing a 20k car loan, so it gives pause.

Great location, ease of access, plenty of parking space. Claude the manager has amazing customer service skills and a wonderful personality to top it off. Julian gave us a tour and explain the entire process. The only draw back to this location are: monday-friday until 1730 closed on sat and Sunday which is really inconvenient especially for people who work regular business hours.
Claude and his team were quick to resolve an issue for me.
Since I did not have time to visit the property before moving day, it took me a few minutes to find the unit. Write it down, in a note on your phone so when you are tired after the day of "where does this go?" you will be in good shape.
If you can, please go for a visit before moving day.

Claude is truly the best! Corrects any issues the best way he can. Took his time to show me the facility. Truly made me feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings at Depotium. Such a great manager!
Such a clean facility! The person who showed me my locker was very knowledgeable and professional. Customer service overall is excellent. Looking forward to doing business with this location again!
My experience with Depotium was excellent! Sébastien from 100 Montreal Toronto blvd is a saint, he was so helpful, understanding and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend Depotium to everyone and especially recommend Sebastien, he deserves a big raise!!

Great staff but no trolley whenever I go there to carry the boxes to our storage.
I have called so many times from there to main office since it was sunday, but still I experience the same problem whenever i go.

It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I had to put my car in storage as I was travelling to India for 20 days. The sweet lady at the call centre provided all the information I needed and helped me right away on the call to make the booking. They do ask for credit card information on the call for payment, do not worry and proceed with this step. The only thing to take care is of checking in to finish the formalities before a person is assigned a storage, it is recommended to visit the office early in the day and make sure to consider early closing due to festive and long weekends, especially if one is leaving out of town. The gentleman at the office on Christmas Eve waited for me to finish my formalities and assign the locker, great guy. Truly satisfied with them.
Sebastian was very helpful & informative. I highly recommend speaking with him if you have any questions. Super friendly and respectful. I'm very happy I came here because I was paying more somewhere else
Called the 1 800 number on the Depotium website and reached Chanel in costumer service right away. She was absolutly amazing with clear explanations and positive attitude. Never been so impressed with a call center service.

I would not hesitate to use this storage service again. It is so secure. They are so professional and the sing up process is so easy. There is so much Holiday promotions.
