I went into this store not thinking I would run into someone so nice and helpful. I was going to the Brazilian embassy and needed to get my itenerary. They never said they needed it on their website so I was not prepared. Sammy helped me print it out and do it right as he helps all the people who aren't given all the information by the embassy. Amazing and kind man. Saved me so much trouble!
