The ladys at the Sherwood park location are very friendly and always there if you were to run into a problem. I bin renting from these guys for 8 years now and not once have I had any issues

This is a great place to keep your storage at. Especially your vehicles and spare junk. Both ladies, Cindy and Kiana were very good to deal with and very pleasant. I'll definitely be coming back here when I need another storage unit. Got the storage deal of the month. Very clean. Very polite staff.

They have multiple points of access for semis and larger moving trucks, but are unwilling to use them. Not staffed and staff at the Provincial Ave office are less than helpful.

Cindy and Kiana are very accommodating when it's comes to getting you a unit of choice, if when you're looking at a self maintained site to store your goods this is the best location in sherwood park North of the Yellowhead. You will not be disappointed.

Clearly they have staff and fake accounts to bolster these numbers in the reviews. Expect a 10 percent increase every 6 months because of "Inflation". But only for the cost of existing customers. They need to keep the number low to gain more business. They use the convenience and moving of your goods in belief you will just pay their inflated cost. And 90 percent of you probably will!

I would highly recommend dealing with this company. My experience with Khush & Jackie was very informative and professional. There rates are very competitive and they offered the first month free as a promotion at the time when I rented this unit. My unit was exceptionally clean. At the time when my moving company was delivering my house hold items to my unit , I wasn't available to meet them. I purchased a lock and left it with Khush , she went over and locked up my unit after everything was delivered. Need I say more .., service with a smile
