I would suggest you not use this company unless they have different technitians than I had. From the first moment the technitian arrived he was condescending and insulting, suggesting we weren't caring for our hot tub. I personally have been vigilant in the cleaning and treatment of the spa but had not been able to do anything for 3 to 5 days with the spa not working at all. I repeatedly told him I take care of the spa as recommended and he continued, over and over again, to talk to me as if he didn't believe me. I got my husband on the phone since he had questions and we both asked the technician to look at a couple other issues and he kept refusing. He told us to look at our warranty and call him back before he looked at any other issue we had planned on him looking at. We had gotten him as a referral from our spa company when we inquried about issues we assumed were on warrenty. We understood we had called him for a service call on all the issues. At the very least his communication skills were severely lacking. There are many ways he could have inquired and suggested improvements, or explained to us why he was refusing to look at our other concerns, without being rude, offensive, and talking down to us.
