Crunch Fitness - Burloak

I just had the worst encounter with the owner today. He had me in tears in the end. The staff there are great and the previous manager, Chelsea, was amazing but there is no one there to manage the place presently and clearly the owner is frustrated and taking it out on others. I was enjoying my time at the gym until today. A few weeks back the manager suggested changing my membership to a corporate membership which apparently she wasn't allowed to do. When I enquired about it today I was read the riot act by the owner, treated as though I was trying to get out of my contract and after continuing to ask questions he began yelling at me saying he was going to cancel my membership and be done with me. He was extremely aggressive and hostile towards me to the point that I left in tears. I want to complain to head office but figure it won't do any good since this is an independently owned franchise and you can't find anywhere to contact to complain anyway. Sad to say that I will probably be paying for a membership I will never use because I am not stepping foot in that place ever again. This encounter left me feeling attacked and humiliated.
