Worest prperty managment there is nothing good about them a single thing.

our Condominium Corporation was in poor shape and we have been managed by several companies. We have found F & W Property Management will go out of their way to assist the owners and are available 24 hours. No answering services, direct contact. We are satisfied and pleased with their services and greatful that we have hired them to manage our property.

Very Nasty people, inhumane and heartless , crazy and foolish also very wicked and brutish , lazy and selfish

This company managed a Condominium Corporation I owned an apartment unit in for the past several years. Although they have been in business many years, I have found they are very unprofessional, sloppy with no bookeeping skills whatsoever. They do not have a qualified bookeeper on staff. They have acted contrary to the Condo Act and broke many rules, especially when it came to investing the Condominium Corporations money. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and now that we have moved on to another Management Company, they refuse to hand over all the Corporations documents from the past 6 years, as they are required to by law.

They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their primary suggested handyman and repair company is actually owned by F&W but they don't tell you that when dealing with them.

This company is sloppy and negligent, not to mention that there are rumors of them stealing money. There may be leaks in the foundation, water damage, poor maintanence, poor management and they don't care. The board of directors does not care about the interest of the investors. I don't recomend, but more importantly i wish that they were not managing my condominium complex.
