There is a cracked weight transfer beam in the parkade not repaired est $500,000, massive water damage in the area. Problems with building shifting. Spent $350,000 to resecure west balconies, other balconies have not been touched re the issue. $674000 in damage repair needed to replace parkade floors. $227000 needs to be done to replace siding. When new windows and doors were installed in 2013 water damage was noticed in the walls, possible mood or rot. Roof has 1 year till expiry est $68000 similar buildings elsewhere the actual cost is 2.5 million. Parkade insulation $75000. Exspanion ejoints $18200. Fire alarms systems need replace est $470000.
