Founded in 1996 by Dr. Guan-Cheng Sun (PhD), The Institute of Qigong and Integrative Medicine (IQ&IM) is a local non-profit organization that excels in Yi Ren® Qigong education and training, integrative medicine, and qigong research with the focus of improving health and increasing the quality of life. IQ&IM's integrative medicine clinic offers a variety of services including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, energetic consultations, medical nutrition therapy, classes, seminars and more.Recent studies were conducted and published in scientific journals on the effect of Yi Ren® Qigong and type two diabetes, weight loss, stress, depression and the effect of Yi Ren® Qigong on the brain using fMRI.
