When I tell you I am not coordinated, I am not lying. Never have I ever done something like this before! And I am happy I took that leap. I wanted to wait a month before doing any reviews because I wanted to give my honest opinion and not just based on first impression. But honestly my impression was spot on from my first time. I was nervous going in but after that first class I knew I can do this! It's an amazing atmosphere and the instructors are amazing. AT least give it a try!

Just had my first workout and I feel amazing! The staff and other members are very friendly and encouraging. I'm so excited to have joined the family! I cannot wait for the next class. I highly recommend, even with having no experience at all.

Who doesn’t love a good workout with a great team??!! I sure do. Each class makes your heart pumping and your energy is unbelievable! GO ILKB Newmarket !!!

My love for Ilovekickboxing has very quickly taken over my life! An hour class feels like 20 minutes because we're having FUN and it's a better workout than I've ever gotten at other gyms. I've done personal training before (which is way more expensive) and it doesn't even come close to the calories I'm burning in this class.. Let alone the fact that ilovekickboxing helps with nutrition and support beyond the classes. Now I find myself going every chance I can!!

I am a recent joiner of Ilovekickboxing (Newmarket) and I LOVE it! Honestly I was skeptical of joining a kickboxing gym as I thought I would not get the workout I was looking for, man wasn’t I wrong!! This place is amazing! A full body workout and an amazing family feel between staff and members. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are wonderful and motivating and the members are just as supportive. A sparkling clean building with great music to get you going. I have seen more results in 3 weeks here then I have at previous gyms with months of work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to achieve fitness results without feeling self conscious or judged. Love my new fit fam!

I have been going to iLoveKickboxing in Newmarket since July 2018. What a great workout to improve fitness levels, muscle tone and deal with stress. The Instructors are motivating and make you feel like part of the family. I am hooked!

I've been working out at Newmarket ILKB since end of July this year. My goal is to lose weight and gain strength. After 3months of exercising, I have more muscles and feel more energized. In the beginning, it was too difficult for me to get through the class but these days I enjoy till the last minute! I love the staff being so kind and friendly with every single members. The manager Chie definitely awesome and I miss being in his classes. I get to have Lloyd's class these days and he's always smiling and tells members how much he loves teaching kickboxing. So far I love working out at Newmarket ILKB and it will always be!!!! I strongly recommend this branch to people who are looking for a place to work out and have fun at the same time!

I’ve tried several different gyms before but none gave me the same vibe as ILKB. Here he instructors genuinely care and are always so helpful. Workouts are hard but fun at the same time. I am always looking forward to the next class. I have already seen improvements in my stamina, flexibility and strength. Highly recommend ILKB.
