Great product after sales service is atrocious. Paul promises to remedy small problems and never shows up. We have been waiting a year .......still waiting.
We first saw the product at the Vancouver Home & Garden show. We were building a new home, and I wanted an alternative to stamped concrete finishing, as it is maintenance-heavy if you want it to continue to look good. I was also interested in an attractive, yet durable garage floor coating for my triple garage, as I was planning to install a hoist in it, and to do a some auto repair/maintenance in it, as I had just retired from owning an auto repair shop and am an ardent car enthusiast. When Paul Tshero told us how chemical resistant it was, plus how durable, I was 'sold'. We also ended up having our large driveway, sidewalk around the house, plus a moderately sized patio out back coated with his product. Looks great, but....!
It has proven to be not as chemical resistant as he led us to believe. Oil, unless cleaned up immediately, leaves a permanent stain. It cannot be removed, even when using a concentrated cleaner. Brake fluid and fuel will dissolve the clear coating, quite quickly, I might add.
When having to return for repairs and touch-ups, which were inevitable, they were very good, at least initially. However, there are still a couple of on-going, yet to be resolved issues, that Paul has yet to remedy. I have called and texted him without a response. I know that he is busy, but to not at least acknowledge my calls is not only rude, but unprofessional. He seems to be saying " I DON'T CARE'. I never told him that it was a '9-1-1', and that we could do it at his convenience, but to not reply...? NO.
