Dr. Hwang earned his undergraduate and medical degree from the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He completed residency programs at the National Taiwan University Hospital and at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Penn., affiliated with Temple University. In addition, he earned a postgraduate degree of Master of Public Health in maternal and child health from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. Dr. Hwang is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Hwang is married with three children. Every member of his family enjoys music and plays a musical instrument including piano, violin, viola, guitar, flute and the drums.
