Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. Patient satisfaction is our number one priority. Our highly-skilled professionals plan their appointment times to provide each client with expert care and undivided, unhurried attention. We ask that aesthetic clients give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that things come up unexpectedly. So, to be fair, we employ a “three strikes” policy. Patients who cancel or reschedule 3 times with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to put down a deposit of $75 for all future appointments. This deposit will be forfeited for each future cancellation of less than 24 hours’ notice. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call (217)214-8282.
