Rogers always over charge on your bill. You have to check the bill thoroughly every month. Their bills are the most complicated and confusing I have ever seen. At the renewal of the contract they will do everything to make you agree on for the next contract but the very next bill you receive will be a mixture of complications and confussions. Today I had to make a call because I was over charged. At the renewal I was told that my next bill will show adjustment going back to beginning of the month but it was adjusted only going back to March 12th. and guess what..their representative said to me that I call Rogers every other day regarding my bill. And obviously he gave me all these explanations proofing me wrong. His comment really made me mad and I have requested a complete copy of my file with all the comments they have made. I am going go from there as to what step I should take.

rogers are the biggest con artists in the world
they over charged me 1400 and they say i owe them 800 lol

Beware of Rogers. Check your bill, upon review of invoices, Rogers overcharges on 83% of their bills. Strangle they never make a "mistake" in your favor, hmmm? If you go with Rogers don't say you weren't warned.
