in love.
Im the type of girl that i love different funky hair styles...
All I can say is im a customer for life. well atleast my hair dresser is still there.
She takes her time, listens and gives me what i want.
when i get my hair cut there.. everybody turns around and says its awesome !!!
and the prices are the best !!

the new owner really did a clean up in there and i would recommend that place to everyone.

sadly now i live out of town, but i still go there to cut my style..

Not so Fantastic Sams
Hello, I live in Sarnia and wanted to get a hair cut to boost my self esteem. I asked for: Long side bangs, layers and only 1/2 an inch off the ends because I really like my long hair, I also asked for very subtle highlights that looked soft and natural. The girl who did my hair, her name is Tabitha. She didn't do as I asked but reassured me during the whole process it's what I wanted that shes doing. To pass the time she talked about how she smoked and toked during pregnancy, went out side for a smoke break for 5 minutes when she was supposed to take my hair foils out in one minute, laughed with her co-worker about how the co-worker screwed up an older womans hair, because upsetting people apparently amused them. Then when she was done I saw my hair was more than 3 inches shorter, I had bright bleach blond streaks with 1 inch roots already showing and short cowlick side bangs I was mortified, I wanted subtle a jennifer aniston look not cheap tramp! I broke down in tears and ran to the bathroom stressing out over how I had to pay $93.45 for my horrible hair cut and dye, and how after paying that I couldn't go any where else to fix it. I got so stressed out my nose started to bleed profusely, so when I came out crying holding my bloody nose, Tabitha could barely hold her laughter at my misery, and when I got outside after paying $93.45 (I was quoted $65.00) My 15 yr old sister told me that they were laughing and making fun of me while I was gone and Tabithas co-worker, Said "I hope that chick gets the hell outta the bathroom its not that bad and besides I have to piss hahaha." I was so upset I called my mom and when she confronted Tabitha, Tabitha denied it, and started getting rude and smiling trying not to laugh at my tears. I was so angry and upset and now I feel completly self concious and ugly, and can't even afford to fix it because they don't give refunds for their screw ups.

I am going to boycott their business and tell every single person I know my unfortunate story and tell them to pass it on to their friends and family so no one goes there and gets offended and ruined hair like I did! I HATE "Fantstic" Sams, they have a dirty work environment, filled with cursing, swearing, and screaming kids, and rude staff. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE VERYYY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

Sincerly, a VERY angry, never again, customer
