Brought in my Toshiba notebook (within 1st yr), official service centre for Toshiba....to repair poor response touch pad. Had to return 1st for frozen screen, 2nd time-one of USB ports disconnected, 3rd time-wireless modem disconnected. Waste of valuable time backing up my data, travelling during office hrs to their King Street, Oshawa (moved from Hopkins St, Whitby).....USELESS. WRITTEN COMPLAINTS (registered mail) to TOSHIBA Headquarters were ignored. BOTTOM LINE--poor service--DON'T BUY TOSHIBA!!!
