Walter L. Schindler is an energy investor, business strategist, and corporate lawyer who is internationally recognized as the Founder and Managing Partner of SAIL Capital Partners LLC, which now operates as an advisory firm called SAIL Global Advisors. Additionally, Walter has founded a new firm, Transformation, LLC which provides, legal, financial, and advisory services to large global energy projects. As Chairman and CEO of both entities, Walter and his team are currently working with and advising a number of new clients in all areas of energy, and other sustainable investment projects throughout the world. After 15 years as a venture capital investor in energy and water companies, Walter feels that it is his duty to take the lessons from 15 years of being a venture capitalist in sustainable energy to assist, lead, and advise large energy infrastructure projects with a global impact.
