PC Fix solved a problem which my ISP denied responsibility for.
After six different staff members at my ISP came up with six different diagnosis, PC Fix fixed my laptop in less than one day. The problem turned out to be the responsibility of my ISP, who admitted their error and reimbursed me for the fee I'd paid to PC Fix for their service.
