These guys take days to fix simple problems. Computers somtimes get sent back 2-3 times before issues are actually fixed. Too few staff for too many clients. Many of the local business owners I talk to are fed up with these guys.
Their "new" employee knows little to nothing about IT, except, ahh gee I have to take this computer back to the shop.
