I became a nurse practitioner because it felt like the perfect way to combine my love for science and biology with my passion for caring for people. The most rewarding part of my job is the relationships I build with my patients. I’m honored by the trust they place in me to be there through life’s ups and downs.I view health care as a partnership. My goal is for patients to feel comfortable sharing any concern with me, knowing we’ll work together to find the best solution. Building those relationships over time — through different stages of life — is incredibly meaningful to me.I’m passionate about primary care and love the intellectual challenge of working across a broad range of ages and conditions. My background is in pediatrics, but I also find end-of-life care deeply fulfilling. I have a particular interest in psychiatric and mental health care.Outside of work, I enjoy gardening (especially flowers!), trying new recipes and spending time outdoors. I love camping with my family — especially in places where we can swim and paddleboard. I also enjoy walking my dogs and going on slow runs with friends.
