Do not use
Will screen your call if insurance related and drag out service if you are not a cash client. We bought a house in October and our air stopped working. He was able to schedule appointment immediately through warranty and even change to next day on spot when called into work. Once he found out it was a replacement he stopped responding to my calls. Warranty never heard from him and made it so my my family including a 5 and 3 year old had to wait a week for a 2nd test that other HVAC companies said is a waste of time and money. DO NOT USE! His technician came out finally foe that 2nd service because I need this done I went through process and the technician said it was a coil leak and owner would get back to me in the next hour with status. He said he told warranty he couldn't hear a leak (he didn't come and thr one who did said it was a coil leak) owner said he told warranty company he didn't find a leak and I would have to deal with him and if I wanted further work it would be out of pocket. DO NOT USE I will be calling warranty company tomorrow to find what status is but sounds like I will be going out of pocket because how this guy didn't want to do the work because he would make less. He doesn't care about his customers and signs up to service through warranties and insurance but will only do work if it is an easy $ to be made. Again. Do NOT USE
