Everything is made to order by our chefs using only the freshest organic ingredients. Our meals are tasty, dense, nutrient-rich, and we source local and organic produce. We don't use frozen or processed ingredients, we never use preservatives, and we keep hydrogenated oils and refined sugar to a absolute minimum. We want the natural flavors of real food to come through. Look at our ingredients list, and you will recognize every one of them. We've been amazingly lucky to work with amazing, taste-maker chefs in LA and have steadily grown without compromising our exceptionally high quality standards. And our unique vegan options are always made-from-scratch (with amazing sauces & dressings) the morning they're served to our customers.
