Nadya has been in the Alteration/ Tailoring industry from 2000. She spent the last 13 years working for Nordstrom. In her latest experience with Nordstrom she was a shop manager for four years before she became a Regional Alteration Manager for the Midwest Region for over two years. As a regional manager she managed and provided training over 20 stores. Her position also included overseeing Trunk Club alterations department in Chicago. Nadya is determined to provide unbeatable quality and exceptional customer service.
