Spent many hours looking for parts for my Ariens snowblower online only to learn I couldn’t order the part across border, or the part wasn’t available. Even local dealer didn’t have the part in stock. Located store online, made a call and 5 minutes later the deal was complete with parts in the mail same day. Parts clerk was extremely helpful and knew his stuff. Will definitely deal with them again in the future…Sorry local dealer you lost me as a customer.

Very professional business. Ricky was very helpful in suggesting a replacement engine for a John Deere lawn tractor. Wayne from the manufacturer gzve me an engine promotion and I had it delivered from Ottawa in less than 10 days. Look for more of my business Partsbay.

Ordered parts for a 12 yr old Husqvarna snowblower via their online interface, for pickup in store on Woodward avenue in Ottawa.
Order was ready in just a few days.
Many parts distributors are in US, and based on my experience, Yarmand/Partsbay is a faster alternative to ordering online from US suppliers.

Ordered part from them as Hardware Store in Muskoka Ontario where the machine was purchased was more interested in selling equipment than ordering parts for their customers. Parts Bay shipped the part in less than a few days it arrived!!!

Very happy with my experience. Received regular updates about my order. One part was on back order so they shipped what they had in stock and when the backordered part came in it was sent out immediately at no extra shipping cost. All parts received were OEM factory parts. Reasonable flat rate shipping. Would buy from again.

The ordering process was smooth, and feedback on parts availability was available the next day. Unfortunately what I wanted was on back order for several weeks in Canada so I ordered from the US manufacturer instead. The cancellation of my order and refund went smoothly. My experience with Partsbay was very good; I will be returning to their site when I need something else and hopefully the parts stocking issue will have been resolved by then.
