I use various treatments such as manual therapy and therapeutic taping to treat patients with musculoskeletal pain and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which is the most common cause of vertigo.I focus on patient-centered care and believe the best outcomes are when patients are directly involved in the decision-making process. As a runner, triathlete and swimmer, I know firsthand the importance of exercise and manual therapies. I encourage my patients to ask questions, and my goal is to make sure that all of my patients leave understanding their individual problem, anatomy and how to manage/treat their problem.
