The service at the Eastpointe office is horrible, I've been waiting for my new glasses for almost 1Month, l called them and they put me on hold for 45 minutes, l called them back and the woman said she forgot l was holding on, ok, then she said she didn't see my glasses, ok, then she said hold on I'm going to my computer to track them down, she hung up on me. I called back, spoke with someone different that said she was going to call the Lab to speed things up and that she would call me back in 5 minutes, that was at 10:50 am, she never called me back, l got off work and drove to the SVS office and spoke with her, she said she was to busy to call me back, said she knows where my glasses are but never told me, therefore I cancelled my order, and asked for a refund back which she put back on my Card, l also asked for a copy of my Prescription because I hope to never go back again. I will call my Company and let them know as well as my insurance company to disconnect with SVS. I deserve better.

My company has a contract w/ Svs & im in Lima, Ohio. Previous appointment years ago they had better service. My recent appointment was just auwful at the best. Unprofessional, rude, over priced. And the women there run it like it’s theirs to do and treat people as they want. The manager & the lady with black hair & make up gothic kind was overly rude. I won’t go back, I won’t refer and I pray my employer ends our business w/ them.

Hello my name is Elizabeth Jackson my experience with SVS not so favorable I had 3!!!! Appointments with SVS location Telegraph and West Chicago Redford Michigan June15th mix up No eye care doctor schedule that day July 9th eye care doctor one hour behind reschedule July 19th I was 10 minutes late told late MsJackson u have reschedule really only three other patients ahead I would waited I’m on vacation needless to say I won’t be back and your patient registry need to be upgraded and comb over especially when u get to field inquiry what city u live be
More organized I know all about help during this time I’m in retail still need to be more organized nothing wrong going that extra mile of course this new generation don’t know about that Thank u
