After dealing with a total nightmare trying to get proper 14 AWG power cables from another company (PrimeCables), I was beyond frustrated. Delays, mis-sorting, and zero support had held up my studio project for over a week and a half. Out of desperation, I went out on a search for other local companies and found Lex Tec, and these guys came through BIG TIME.

I placed my order on Tuesday, April 8th at 1:49 PM, and by around 4:00 PM on Wednesday the 9th, the cables were at my door—processed, shipped, and delivered within 24 hours. That kind of turnaround is rare these days, especially when the gear is this solid. Great and affordable prices.

Shopped online and found the replacement UPS battery that I needed was both in-stock and priced very competitively. I ordered it in the wee hours of the morning and soon afterwards, I got the email notification that it was ready to pick-up (shortly before 8:30 am). I like shopping local and having the curbside pickup option. I only wish Lex Tec ranked higher in the Google search results. ;) Highly recommend.

I should say right away they are not retail so you have to get to them between 8:30am -5:00pm.

They were extremely helpful in setting me up with the proper UPS battery.
They had stock so it was an easy swap.
