The existing door is not working, so you can get stuck inside

I've been with them for a couple years now, and I have no idea what is going on with their gate this year. I've been stuck 3 times. Twice stuck inside and couldn't get out - which made me late for work. And on Monday it wouldn't open for me to go inside to unload my car. Issues always seem to happen before and after hours from when the staff starts work.

I forget the ladys name who was working on april 1st but outstanding customer service!
Was able to check it quickly even though there were some complications with the promotion deal.

EDIT: 6 MONTHS LATER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE A DIFFERENT FACILITY.

THE RATS HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING OF MINE, a long with massive water damage. Roof was being done all my stuff got ruined. RATS HAVE CHEWED EVERYTHING AND HAVE MADE NESTS, RAT DROPPINGS AND EVERYWHERE.

I MOVED AND HAD ALL MY BELONGINGS IN THE UNIT. IV HAD TO THROW EVERYTHING I OWN AWAY.

NOTHING IS BEING DONE AND IV BEEN TOLD THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

STAY AWAY! IV LOST EVERYTHING I OWN.

First time renting a unit and was extremely satisfied with the service & information provided by Nikita. Went back to fill out the paperwork and had amazing service with Callie . Highly recommend this place.

Such an awesome facility. Choices between temperature controlled or outdoor units, many different sizes depending on storage needs and they sell locks on site in case you are not prepared! It is a tad expensive but totally worth the price for feeling that my stuff is secure. Robyn was super duper helpful in getting me all set up with the right size unit with temp control (I have instruments that could be damaged from the weather changes) and informing me about how to make payments, change my unit, etc. She was delightfully happy while still maintaining a professional attitude, just the perfect balance! Having a great experience so far, I will be storing for a while so I'm happy to have found such a great space! It is always clean, there is always equipment to help haul heavy items into the elevator, the timed lights are great and the unit doors & walls are in great shape!

I have felt like I am bothering people whenever I come in to pay my bill and such but Robyn is always happy to see me, always upbeat and laughing, such a pleasant person to see! I'm glad you're passing this along because all too often, people get told the bad things they're doing but do not get recognition for the good they do. Thank you for letting her know how awesome she is!

Recent update (Jan 2022)
Had an issue with my card, totally forgot to update with Zoom. Robyn helped me by giving me a card change form AND showing me the new online portal and how to update my card online. Absolutely amazing customer service!!

Robyn is absolutely wonderful!! Very accommodating and has a very enthusiastic/ compassionate nature. She answered all my questions swiftly and was able to get me into a storage unit and complete the paperwork in a timely manner. I love the fact that this storage unit is 24/7 access.

I have been a customer for three years and beyond happy. Our family thoroughly enjoys visits with Robyn as she always seems to pick up our moods. Customer service is by far the best we have all experienced and always look forward to our visits.

The units are well kept, clean and the site is was looking good great.

We recommend zoom zoom to all our friends and family. Who are there as well ❤

Great service from the staff at zoom zoom. We were moving here from out of town and Robyn was very detailed with the whole process. When we arrived a couple weeks after initial inquiry, we were very happy with the unit, site, security and the overall friendly happy nature. Confident and happy with zoom zoom storage.

I have storage here, for a few years now and have had the pleasure of getting to know Robyn throughout my belongings stay. From the beginning her customer service has and still is the best cs I have received in all my years of cs interactions. I give 5 stars because of her. She is a pleasure to correspond with, is patient and understanding of life's challenges and is always willing to work with to the best of her ability for you.

I am writing a review on behalf of Elisa Marcelino because she doesn't have a Google account and both Elisa and Robyn agreed for me to do so. Also, I was impressed with Robyn's professionalism so I volunteered to write a review. Elisa and I went to inquire about the storage for Elisa yesterday and we were given a warm welcome by Robyn. She has a warm, friendly personality and she was very professional in explaining the policies. She is concerned with the customers' best interest.

I was helped by Samantha to figure my storage needs and my hundred questions, never having had rented storage before. Communication was clear and easy to understand and Samantha was so kind and helpful. I finished the paperwork with Robyn and again, she too was patient with my questions and my not sending Completed forms right away,Robyn was encouraging, energetic, very helpful and an honest to Goodness an extremely happy, cheerful and outgoing person! Very please with the level of customer service by these two, cant wait to use the Zoom Storage in Brampton, this was super easy, and very affordable and fair prices. Great company, excellent staff, would highly recommend and would use again and if needed!! Thank you Robyn, Samantha and Zoom!
