About Don Foti State General Agent Don Foti began his successful career with American Income Life in 1981, in Los Angeles, California. He later moved to Concord, California, as a Master General Agent. Don ventured to Vancouver, Canada, in 1989, and returned to northern California in 1996 to continue his career as a State General Agent.
