Salesgirl was extremely helpful. Store only had a size 7 and 8 and I really needed a 7/12 - she offered to call around and got a pair in my size shipped from Manitoba store within 3 days. Was not pushy - very pleasant shopping experience. Had a similar experience at a different store except they wanted to sell me heel grips to purchase the larger size or told me that the smaller size would probably stretch (manmade fabric - not leather). Would definitely shop at Sterling again. Have also shopped at Sterling in West Ed and they were very helpful as well.
