K9 Boot Camp

Emily, The owner of K9 Bootcamp, is totally unprofessional! She did not produce the results that she promised me at our consultation. At my initial consultation, I was told that my dog would learn basic training in the puppy program. I was also told that I would receive videos and updates about my dog’s progress throughout the course of training. I did not receive a single video or update. When I picked up my dog from K9 Bootcamp, after 4 weeks of what I expected would be productive training time, I found that my dog didn’t even know the basics, like sit, stay etc. He barely knew his name. When I called to speak to Emily about my dog’s lack of progress she said that she was too busy to speak with me. This occurred a number of times until finally, I caught her at a time that she had a moment to appease me. When I finally did speak with her, she was rude and defensive. Before I was given a chance to explain my situation, she snapped at me, blaming other arbitrary factors on her failure to train my dog. Emily is extremely rude, unprofessional, and frankly, verbally abusive. Her untamed anger towards me for simply asking a few questions of her was extremely upsetting. I hope and pray that she does not display this level of aggression towards our dogs when they express any kind of doubt or unease around her. I would NEVER use this K9 Bootcamp again!
