Meet Dr. Ben Kang Dr. Ben Kang is a unique kind of dentist. With his kid-oriented style and fun personality, he gets children excited about their dental care, helping them develop a lifetime of healthy habits. A native Oregonian, Dr. Kang graduated from Lincoln High School, went to University of Oregon with a degree in Biology, and earning his Doctorate degree at Oregon Health and Science University. He completed his pediatric dental residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning a Master’s Degree in Oral Sciences and specializing in pediatric dentistry. For his excellent work at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he was awarded chief pediatric dental resident. Dr. Kang returned to Portland to open his first practice and everything else has been history!
